要升国旗奏国歌，可是今天发现，旗杆上的绳子断了。

旗杆高达11--12米， 旗杆上有一个定滑轮，定滑轮位于旗杆顶端，这么高的位置，用爬杆的方式显然不可能，光溜溜的旗杆无处借力，除非身负传说中的绝顶轻功。

升旗前先把旗绳理顺,不要出现"8"字的交叉情况。挂旗时，把旗子挂在外侧的绳上，就是离开旗杆的那侧绳子，向下拉内侧绳子上升。

挂旗时把旗子挂顺，尽量预先把旗尾向下风口顺一些，离手后向下风方向甩旗。

再就是升旗时，下拉旗绳和上升旗绳都握住，不要使上升旗绳在风吹下乱搅，边向下拉边松上升绳，这样升顶后同时拉紧固定。

旗绳不要留太长，下侧尽量有固定环之类的绕进入，防止旗绳离开旗杆太远。升顶后拉紧固定。
